For our client, one of the world's leading producers of steel wire for tires, with approximately 30,000 employees and customers in over 120 countries, we are recruiting a Process Engineer for the city of Slatina.
Managing the technical performance of its process area by defining the specifications and settings for each process and product, as well as tracking performance in day-to-day operations with interventions when indicators are out of control;
Improving factory standards by leading and conducting projects in areas such as quality, cost, efficiency, flexibility, EHS;
Tracking non-compliant materials and supporting the production team for waste reduction projects;
Management of lubricants and approvals, from customer request to delivery;
Tracking the processability parameters of new products until complete approval;
Defining the project, the stages of the plan, the budgetary needs, creating the project team and using the defined methods (Six Sigma, DoE);
Defining and executing studies, analyzing and reporting results;
Production and delivery of approval materials for new products or customers by creating process and product specifications, production and tracking of all approval materials in the quality & technology department, adjustment of processes and specifications (IPS, PCP) based on results and experience gained, managing the transition from type-approval to mass production in a controlled manner in accordance with the procedure.
Defining the needs to improve process elements, equipment and technological processes based on performance indicators;
Use of defined procedures to perform experimental settings and tests for new processes, parts and equipment;
Constantly identifying opportunities to eliminate losses and proposing solutions to improve their business and the factory;
Carrying out preventive activities in order to avoid accidents in the field of environmental issues, incidents or emergencies.
Higher technical education;
Significant experience of at least 3 years in the industrial / production field;
Knowledge of English at an advanced level;
Planning, organizing and teamwork skills.
