The users of Bgromobility.eu benefit from the services provided after registration. Services include opportunities to search for job vacancies, create and save CV and files, send applications, and more. The registration procedure is organized in details on the site and contains specific guidelines to help users.
- Type ‘Employer’ – these users are allowed to publish ads for job vacancies.
- Type ‘Applicant’ – these users can apply for job vacancies.
Only Employers are able to publish ads for job vacancies in Bgromobility.eu.
In Bgromobility.eu ads for only actually existing job vacancies can be published.
Bgromobility.eu can and will delete ads with an immoral or vulgar content, as well as ads which do not offer a specific work position.
Employers violating or not complying with the General Terms and Conditions will not receive a compensation and their ads shall be deleted with no warning.
Bgromobility.eu is allowed to refuse a new registration or activation of the profile of an Employer who committed more than one breach of these rules.
Bgromobility.eu is allowed to ban publications from certain IP addresses, e-mails or phones that violate the rules of posting ads in Bgromobility.eu.
Bgromobility.eu reserves its right to update the rules for posting ads, and employers are required periodically to familiarize with them. New rules on posting ads shall enter into force on the day of their announcement on the site.
In one ad employers are allowed to declare only one type of job opening.
Bgromobility.eu is entitled to cancel registrations of employers not complying with the rules for posting ads.
The data, through which the biographies of candidates for employment in Bgromobility.eu are formed, are stored in the database of the site. Bgromobility.eu will not duplicate these data to provide employers, but will only visualize the information the appropriate form.
Employers may choose to collect, store, and process biographical data associated with their ads at Bgromobility.eu outside this platform, but this automatically makes them Data Administrators with respect to those collected, stored or processed data from applications outside this website where they should comply with the requirements of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
- The Employer is an Administrator of Personal Data regarding the applications received in his / her account and should comply with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
- The employer is not allowed by all means to request from candidates to send special category of data by the law definition in article 9 and 10 from Regulation (EU) 2016/679 through this website.
The mentioned categories of data include:
- Data revealing the racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership of trade unions, or genetic information, biometric data, health status, sexual or sexual orientation, or data that is related to convictions and violations.
- Identity documents, as well as personal ID number, passport / ID card number, etc. similar.
The applicants are not allowed to create more than one User Profile and should not provide his/her username and password to third parties.
The applicant declares that he/she has reached the age of eighteen, and shall provide only accurate, correct and complete information, which will be timely updated in the case of a change.
The applicant is obliged not to violate the provisions of the Bulgarian legislation. The applicant shall not post content containing pornographic materials, nudity, incitement to commit crimes and discrimination, pages with information which is known or presumed to be protected by copyright or other legal rights, including offensive or false content.
Bgromobility.eu shall not require users to provide personal information, but if such is provided the website guarantees that such information will be stored according to the requirements of the Bulgarian legislation and the information will be provided to the competent state authorities only in cases provided by the law under strict compliance of the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act.
Bgromobility.eu is allowed to make reasonable adjustments of information posted by the users and shall delete information that has been posted by users in violation with the rules.
The users of the website are allowed to make suggestions on the site operation, to file complaints for problems or ill-intentioned actions of another user(s), as well as for cases of incorrect implementation of obligations of Bgromobility.eu at the following address - email@example.com.
Bgromobility.eu does not respond, except in intent or gross negligence, to damages and lost profits resulting from:
• use or inability to use the Site and / or the Services;
• deleting or blocking your account and / or your content in accordance with these Terms.
The General Terms and Conditions may be changed at any time. The amendments shall be published on the official page of the website and shall enter into force from the day of their publishing. Users are obliged to regularly review updates of the General Terms and Conditions.
In case that any of the clauses in these Terms and Conditions proves to be invalid, this shall not invalidate any other clauses.
All disputes with the users of the site shall be resolved by mutual agreement. If no agreement is reached, they should be resolved by the Bulgarian court according to the Bulgarian legislation.
