On July 27 and 28, 2018 in Rousse was held a BULGARIAN-ROMANIAN FAIR OF LABOR, organized by the NGO EUROPEAN BUSINESS SUPPORT CENTER in its capacity of Leading Beneficiary under BG RO MOBILITY Project No 16.4.2.113, financed under the INTERREG VA Romania-Bulgaria Program. A total of 50 Bulgarian and Romanian companies and more than 400 jobseekers took part in the event. In addition, the official guests of the event were: The Chairman of the MB of Prof. Velizara Pencheva, Prof. Plamen Kanalov - Rector of the University of Economics, Valery Gegov - Pom. Rector of the University of Sofia, Galina Dimitrova - Director of the Labor Office Directorate - Rousse, representatives of the Employment Agency - Bulgaria and Romania. Congratulatory addresses were read by the Mayor of Rousse - Mr. Plamen Stoilov and the Rector of the University - Prof. Hristo Beloev.

The aim of the Bulgarian-Romanian Labor Fair was to provide an easy way for communication between business and jobseekers in the cross-border region. The participants had the opportunity to:

to inform about the possibilities of cross-border labor mobility;
to inform about the activities of the companies; job offers and internship programs; the process of hiring employees, the skills and competences sought;
