Romanian companies operating near the southern border are attracting workers from Bulgaria and, more specifically, from the north-western region.

Most of the people from our country are involved in the chemical industry and construction, which in the first half of the year paid 1,500 there 13 years ago.

This is indicated by data from the study of employment in 8 Bulgarian and 7 Romanian border regions, made in the memory of the European Union, the 24th edition of the VG.

According to estimates, about 250 Bulgarians cross the border every day to work in Romania, most of whom are employed in production and production plants.

From the research it becomes clear that a large part of the people in Northern Bulgaria or 58% of them would work in our northern country. The second part is 19 percent of them, according to the opposite opinion, and they claim that no one would have done it.
