On average, salaries in Bulgaria are 4% higher this year compared to 2020. This shows a survey by Mercer, conducted among 424 companies. The best paid are employees in areas such as pharmacy, IT and outsourced services, who receive above average for the market. The forecast for next year is that the growth of salaries will accelerate slightly and reach 4.8%.
